Above: Mothers and daughters together after their festival match 02' In 2002 Bucks ran it's first ever cricket festival week. And what a week it was! With a 'travelling road show' of kwik cricket, continuous cricket, girls county matches, women's club matches, single wicket competitions, six a side inter county tournaments.... and more! The week was a huge success. The week went so well that the organizers ran it again in 2003. Although the end of the week was slightly rain affected the festival again had a very positive response with good fun had by all! In 2004 the Bucks celebrated victory in for the first time in the U15 6aside competition and in the inaugural U13 tournament. In 2005 bad weather washed out 2 of the 3 days play! The 6 aside tournament still went ahead with a lot of fun had by all! We look forward to running The Bucks girls cricket Fest again in 2006.. details will follow !!
