 On
this tour we shall ride 700 kilometers along Mekong river
through Isaan where you can observe Thai rural life as it was
centuries ago. This is the region least touched by progress
and somewhat misses out on the prosperity experienced by other
parts of the kingdom. We shall start on eastern coast of Siam
Bay, visit the Angkor Wat style temples in Cambodia, the
colourful Isaan villages, relaxing tree-lined avenues of Vientianne-the capital of Laos, intriguing forest temples,
noisy Indochina market in Nong Khai, take a boat trip across
Mekong to Laos and to prehistoric rock paintings and admire
the natural wonder of tropical rainforests of Khao Yai and
bustling streets of Bangkok. Three days in the seaside resort
near Bangkok, a day in Angkor Wat in Cambodia, a day in Khmer country along Cambodian
border, six days along Mekong river, a day in Vientianne,
three days in the mountains of Loei and Khao Yai We shall get our visas
for Laos and Cambodia at the border (only passport required).

tropical forests. The abundant wildlife includes many
endangered mammals such as elephants, gibbons, tigers,
leopards and Malaysian sun bears. There are many

tourist attraction. The 100 or so temples are the sacred
remains of what was once a large administrative and
religious centre, and were built between the 9th and

tour package uses quality hotel accommodation. Hotel rooms are
air-conditioned and have en-suite bath/shower and WC, direct
dial phone, TV and fridge - mini bar. Hotels have guarded car
park, 24 hrs room service and laundry facilities; most of them
have a swimming pool. American breakfast is included. Tour
price includes 14 nights hotel accommodation with breakfast,
taxi transfer from Bangkok Airport to the hotel at Jomtien
Beach and back to Bangkok, use of insured motorcycle while

Day seven
Forest temple Phutok is attached to the rock 300
m above the valley and it is necessary to climb over
1000 steps and dodge several bamboo and timber
scaffolds to get to the top. Great panoramic view
is a reward.

Day seven
Situated in dense forest but only a short walk
from the road these seven level cascades and waterfalls
are the most popular for swimming in the area. They are
the most magnificent towards the end of rainy season.
