Luxury home owners were seeking marketing materials to help sell their million-dollar home. The home's 180ยบ bay views and custom-build craftsman style were the two main features that they wanted to emphasize. The large-scale 4-page brochure style printed on high gloss heavyweight paper reflects the luxury home quality. Real estate resarch revealed that ocean views and modern kitchens are the biggest selling points in homes, therefore I chose to emphasize those features with full-width images. The luxury craftsman styling can also be seen in the complementary color scheme and elegant typefaces.
