ABOUT THIS PAGE

After spending hours researching for a German Report on Famous People (in which I have chosen Gauss) the internet had provided some information to my report, but none that I had ease to understand. Most of the good pages were in German, and even though I could read most of it, German mathematical and scientific lingo is above my level. After spending hours in the library, I figured that I might as well share this information about Gauss and put it online, so that no one else might not have to go through what I went through.

Gauss knew many languages, but primarily used latin and german. I have transalted most of the german on the page. If there are any errors or can help with the latin, please e-mail me. You will be given credit for the correction. I made this page with little images to help the viewing easier (not to mention to save me web space). I am also very anti-frames and anti-"graphic-gluttony."
