Update #3 . . and We keep on working!

After I got the axle back, I had to clean it up so I could get paint it black ~ not that anyone will ever notice! This is a picture of it before I painted it.

. . .and this is it all nice and shiny! At least you know I really painted it!

After the tongue was made, the hitch attached and put on the frame, this is what it looked like! Sure clean looking!

This, my friend, is the new tongue and hitch! Thanks to a great neighbor, Steve, this whole project is falling into place!

This is the frame, after the paint was applied . . .and just before the snow came!

. . . and this is the tongue attached to the frame (of course), and painted all nice and pretty!
