Chuck Miller always designs the track and he didn't let us down once again! Dan Shaw (Westerville), Mark Beckett (Ashtabula), Chuck Miller (Marion), Richard Dunlavy (Cable), Nate Hendricks (Vanlue), Greg Honchell (Urbana), and husband/wife team of Larry and Trish Potenza (Grove City) attended the race from the Ohio Mower Racers. Unfortunately, during practice laps, Trish Potenza snapped the crank on her engine so she was not able to participate in the AP Class races. Nate Hendricks drove mower "Nuff Said" owned by Steve Sergent (Marion). Nate did Steve and his mower proud by bringing home hardware in two classes! Nate received the checkered in both the AP and SP Classes! Way to mow Nate! Unfortunately, some of the Ohio Mower Racers did not qualify to participate at the Nationals due to the new regulations with the USLMRA. You need to participate at two non-points races in order to qualify. The OMR members still showed up to show their support and pride for the others who did get to participate! Two of the National Championship titles stayed in Buckeye Country -- Greg Honchell of Urbana, Ohio, won his first National Championship in the Factory Experimental Class.
