The following is a "Student Movement Coordination Committee for Democracy in Iran" (SMCCDI) cheering the bravery of the Iranian teachers and calling on Iranian masses to support them in their legitimate actions.

SMCCDI calls, hereby, on all capital citizens to join the teachers demonstration of Saturday January 26th, at 08:00 AM and in front of the Islamic Presidential building, while asking from the provincial teachers to gather, at the same time, in front of the local representations of the Ministry of Education in their towns.

SMCCDI reminds that the Saturday's action is an excellent occasion to show to the World the rejection of the Theocratic rule, by the Iranians, and to call for a Referendum on the choice of the future Iranian regime, As their action will coincide with the presence of Mr. Kofi Annan, the Secretary General of UN, in Tehran.

In addition and in order to paralyze the regime, SMCCDI calls on all Electric workers to strike on Saturday, from 08:00 AM till noon, in support of their brothers and sisters.
