Following is a brief summary if statement issued by "Committe for Referendum".

The school teachers' demonstration pronounces the end of the despotic rule in Iran. The teachers' movement is in connection with the worker's and the student's movements. Occurrence of this rally will bring down this government.
It is necessary to address an important issue: what political force will replace the Islamic Republic?

Iranian people have to think seriously about this question and decide clearly who will replace this regime. If this question is forgotten today we risk having yet another dictatorship, tomorrow.
We urge you to think and study when deciding this issue.
