Monitor messiah

Black and white screen,
No blue; no green.
Out of all colors today,
Why is the screen this way?

So simplistic; so incredibly dull,
Does it peak my interest at all?
Why do I use it you ask?
It completes my two colour task.

In fact, we are amazingly dull,
And the monitor conquers all.
With its intricate simplicity,
It awes you and everybody.

Behold the monitor messiah,
In its judgements-it will never tire.
It only sees in black and white,
Its electronic gospel is entirely right.

Clothed in a binary cloak,
The monitor messiah spoke.
And revealed truths,
It is to educate youths.

All in the congregation were quiet,
Humanity doesnt know the truth yet.
Because to any normal Joe,
The truth was 1011010.

And it is said again,
Two colors are better then ten.
Humanity thinks flashy is best,
But the messiah will lead the rest..

..to a blinding light,
composed of black and white.
