Chapter 1, Secret Wars LS 1
The War Begins
After being teleported thousands of light-years away, two groups of heroes and villains find themselves aboard flying spacecrafts. From the reaches of space, that can hear the voice of the Beyonder, telling them if they defeat the others, the ultimate gift will be theirs. Suddenly, the galaxy around them is destroyed and a single planet is remade and named "Battleworld". The heroes worry about what villains might be aboard the other ship, but find that Magneto has been placed among them. On the other ship, Ultron, the robot menance, attacks his teammates, claiming their inferioty. Dr. Doom tries to have Molecule Man stop him, but when Ultron attacks Galactus, he is simply turned off. Galactus flies out of the space, and Dr. Doom leaves in his wake. The two face the Beyonder, but he simply swats them both away like flies. The two groups land on the planet, and the fighting between the factions already begin, with Magneto at the center of it all. Not far away, Dr. Doom arises after landing planetside, and finds his fellow villains. They want him to lead them, but all Doom wants to see the Beyonder again. They attack him, but escapes. But as he's leaving, Kang attacks him, blowing up his ship. Doom lands not far from the heroes, and when they come to investigate, Doom tells them he must talk with Mr. Fantastic. But before anything can be done, the villains appear and begin the first battle!

Chapter 2, Secret Was LS 2
Prisoners of War
The villains fire first, throwing the heroes in all directions. Captain America rallies the troops, and the battle is taken. Meanwhile, Dr. Doom, who slipped away, finds the fallen Galactus. The eater of worlds suddenly arises, but pays no attention to Doom. Doom then finds a remains of their ship, and inside, he finds the deactivated form of Ultron. Outside, the battle continues, and the heroes begin to win. Knowing they have failed, the remaining villains flee. The heroes find a large complex not far away, and make it their home. They put their captives in stasis and try to decide their next action. Not far away, Molecule Man, Absorbing Man, Dr. Octopus, and the Wrecker make their way back to their base. When they arrive, they find Doom, with Ultron as his bodyguard. Doom quickly takes over as their leader. Back at the heroes base, Magneto finally appears adn attacks the heroes. They try to fight him, but he captures the Wasp and the Thing suddenly transforms back into a human. When the others arrive, Mr. Fantastic tells them that Magneto is the least of their worries: Galactus is preparing the devour the planet!

Chapter 3, Secret Wars LS 3
Tempest Without, Crisis Within
While a storm rages across Battleworld, Magneto takes a respite in his new-found home. Not far away, the Wasp is freed from her prison and she finds Magneto resting comfortably. Wasp tries to confront him, but Magneto tells her that he simply took her to talk. Back at the heroes base, Thor uses his powers to protect their home against the storm. While inside, the heroes tries to decide what the best course of action is. But during the argument, Mr. Fantastic takes his leave: the absense of his pregnant wife is getting to him. In another level, Spider-Man is exploring when he comes across the X-Men. They are fighting over whether to stay with the heroes or journey to Magneto's citadel, due to Rogue's presense since she had fought the Avengers before reforming. When they decide that they would safer with Magneto, Spider-Man attacks them and is going to tell the others when Professor X erases his memory. Professor X then Cyclops to his side, and the X-Men prepare to travel through the storm to Magneto. But at Magneto's citadel, Doom sends a message asking for Magneto's help. He refuses, and Doom threatens that Magneto is now also his enemy. He returns to the Wasp, and the two share a kiss. Back at what is now Doombase, Dr. Doom reveals two of his machinations: the new super-villains Volcana and Titania! The girls are introduced to the others, but they are none to interested. Back at the heroes headquaters, Thor releases his fellow god, the Enchantress. The two disappear, but moments later, the villains return, attacking in surprise. All the heroes are defeated, save Captain America and the Hulk!

Chapter 4, Secret Wars LS 4
Situation: Hopeless
The villains free their captured comrades and proceed to destroy the heroes's base. Meanwhile, the heroes try to make their escape. But very few of the heroes have the energy to move, and when Spider-Man warns them of danger, a large piece of their base is flying towards them. Hawkeye moves into action, using his arrows to splice into his pieces. Iron Man then sends the pieces in all directions. But then the heroes realize it was a diversion: the real danger was the mountain range falling on them courtesy of Molecule Man! A world away, Thor and Enchantress talk over the recent events, but when the Enchantress pushes him too far, Thor demands they go back. The Enchantress obliges, but when they return, find the villains have replaced the heroes. They attack Thor, and when Ultron nails him, it appears the thunder god is destroyed! Plus, Doom then turns Ultron on Kang, killing him! Not far away, the X-Men arrive at Magneto's citadel, even though they are split as to whether they should side with the terrorist. Inside, the X-Men appear and the Wasp makes her escape, telling Magneto it was all a ploy. She escapes, but finds she has no idea where she is! Meanwhile, under the mountain, the heroes make their last play for survival, combining all their forces. They are freed. Outside, they find Thor, who actually escaped his fight. Captain Marvel speeds away, finding them a village of aliens to live in. There, they met the beautiful healer, the woman called Zsaji. She heals the Human Torch, whose arm and ribs were broken. The Thing suddenly return to normal, when Mr. Fantastic suddenly sees Galactus move, which can mean only one thing: he's ready to eat!

Chapter 5, Secret Wars LS 5
The Battle of Four Armies
In the skies above, Galactus's ship appears, and the poor Zsaji does not understand. She pulls the Human Torch into her home, and uses vapors to link their minds. She sees the images of the heroes and villains and understands her place in this game. In Magneto's citadel, the X-Men and Magneto prepare to aide the heroes, but the tensions are still rising in the group. At Doombase, Volcana and Molecule Man grow closer, but the Wrecking Crew and Absorbing Man smart off to the former nerd. Molecule Man transforms Piledriver's costume into metal and Volcana beats him into the ground. The others quickly back away, when they spot Galactus's ship in the air above. Not far away, the Enchantress confronts Doom, trying to get him to combine powers so that they can return home. He cides her and she vows vengenance. At the ship, Professor X and Magneto try to communicate with the world-eater, but instead, cause a large explosion. Mr. Fantastic tries to make him pay attention, but he is swatted away. They attacked by one of Galactus's robots, and the heroes easily defeat it. But the villains appear out of nowhere, weakening them further. The X-Men appear, attacking from the other side, trapping the villains. But Colossus is singled out, and he is badly injured. The X-Men are forced to escape without him. The Enchantress teleports the villains away. And the heroes appear to help Colossus, with Zsaji at their side. She heals him, while the heroes wonder what Galactus is really doing. But inside Galactus's ship, Dr. Doom appears, finding out a secret within the world-sized ship.

Chapter 6, Secret Wars LS 6
A Little Death
The poor Wasp, still trying to find her way back, crashes her ship. She flies away and finds a swamp to rest in. But there, she is attacking by the Lizard! Meanwhile, on Galactus's ship, Doom finds and frees the being of sound called Klaw. He sends Klaw back to the planet, with instructions for the others. But the action causes Galactus to sense Doom's presence. Meanwhile, the Wasp confronts Lizard only to find the creature to be afraid. She decides to take care of him. Meanwhile, Prof X tries to make contact with the Enchantress, but she quickly shields her mind and others to his powers. When Prof X issues the next commands, Storm finally loses it and tells him that she is still the leader. But he disagrees, causing further strain on the X-Men. Back at Zsaji's village, the healer continues to help Colossus and the armored X-Man finds himself falling in love. But Zsaji already has the Human Torch. The X-Men find their way to Doombase, but are seen and attacked. Wolverine tries to kill Molecule Man, but Cyclops stops him from hitting a fatal blow. The villain is gravely injured and they escape back inside the complex. The X-Men quickly make their escape. In the swamp, the Wasp is suddenly attacked and killed! The Lizard takes his vengenace on the Wrecking Crew, but their large machine just picks up a piece of the swamp and takes it with them, Wasp and Lizard included!

Chapter 7, Secret Wars LS 7
Beserker!
Back at Zsaji's village, someone new appears: Spider-Woman! She tells them she is from the suburb of Denver that was pulled her by the Beyonder! But before she can earn their trust, they are attacked by the Wrecking Crew. They throw the Wasp's limp body to the ground and the heroes try to save her. Zsaji tries her best, but its too late, the Wasp is dead! The heroes decide they can't afford to follow, but She-Hulk wonders away by herself. Meanwhile, the X-Men continue their own vigil over Doombase. Inside, Volcana gives over her soul to the Enchantress to be with her lover, Molecule Man. Teleported to him, Volcana does her best to soothe his wounds. But the X-Men attack, and both sides take marginally injuries. Inside Galactus's ship, Galactus finds the mingling Doom and teleports him away. The villains return home, and try to recover from their losses. But inside, they find She-Hulk waiting for them. She defeats the Wrecking Crew, but then Titania attacks! In another part of the complex, Enchantress is resting when Doom suddenly appears, broken and bruised. Doom ignores her and collaspes on his bed. And villains team-up on poor She-Hulk, beating her within an inch of her life. The heroes want to be help her and avenge the Wasp, but Galactus's presence is too dangerous. Meanwhile, Colossus spies Zsaji, but when she leaves she suddenly collaspes. But Prof X signals to Cap that the X-Men will watch over Galactus, and the heroes are free to attack!

Chapter 8, Secret Wars LS 8
Invasion!
The heroes reach Doombase, and being their assualt. Inside, the drunk Enchantress goes over her woes, while Volcana watches over Molecule Man. And the insane Klaw frees the child-like Lizard. The heroes find the villains, over the unconscious body of She-Hulk. The two teams collide and Captain Marvel flies off to find more the others. During the fight, Spider-Woman proves her worth, defeating Absorbing Man. The heroes are winning, but barely. The Hulk finds the Enchantress, and his feeble mind is easily defeated. But when Captain America finds her, he finishes the goddess. Titania takes on Spider-Man, but learns that strength can't defeat everything. The Thing changes back Ben Grimm, putting him in danger. He and Hawkeye find the Lizard and Klaw, but stop them. Captain Marvel finds Volcana, and threatens to hurt Molecule Man, not releazing his injuries. Volcana begs her to spare his life. Captain America and the Human Torch make their way to the heart of the complex, finding Ultron standing guard. Torch uses a nova blast to destroy a part inside the robot. Within, they find the poor Doom, still not fit to fight! The heroes return, putting She-Hulk in the healing machine and imprisoning the others. Meanwhile, Colossus takes Zsaji back to her home. Using the vapors, he senses what Zsaji did! At the heroes base, the Wasp appears, saved by Zsaji's touch! Plus, Spider-Man seeks to fix his broken costume, he uses the machine to create the black costume that responds to his very thoughts. But before the heroes can celebrate their victory, Professor X sends out the psychic cry: Galactus is devouring the planet!

Chapter 9, Secret Wars LS 9
Assualt on Galactus
While Colossus tries to help the Fallen Zsaji, the X-Men make good on their word. Attacking Galactus with full force, the X-Men barely manage to make the world-eater pay attention to them. The heroes quickly gather to help the X-Men, but Mr. Fantastic realizes that Galactus is the key to the Beyonder's game! If they let Galactus devour the planet, the Beyonder will grant him his greatest wish: to be free of his hunger! But suddenly, Galactus whisks Mr. Fantastic to his ship. Galactus shows him a vision of his wife and son. Meanwhile, Doom breaks free, but frees only Klaw. Outside, Colossus finally rejoins his teammates and the heroes regroup. Mr. Fantastic returns, just as Galactus begins his assualt. Meanwhile, Doom is back at Doombase, using Klaw to build a powerful weapon. The heroes attack, knowing that if they fail, they will die. But Galactus vanishes, to begin his feast. But Doom is ready: using Klaw, to draw Galactus's power to him!

Chapter 10, Secret Wars LS 10
Death to the Beyonder!
The heroes can only watch as Galactus turns his power inward, absorbing the energy of his ship. But the power is drawn away, to somewhere on the planet. Captain Marvel follows the speed, but she finds her trapped in an energy force within Doombase. She can only watch as Doom becomes so powerful, omnipotent. Magneto uses his power to leviatate their ship, sending them towards Doombase. There, they find the trapped Captain Marvel and the dissected Klaw. But before they realize what's happened, they are hit, thrown in every direction. Mr. Fantastic realizes that if Doom has taken the power of the Beyonder, then the heroes will need Galactus's power to stop him. In space, Doom reaches the Beyonder and thus returns to Doombase. He offers them a chance to aide him to fight the Beyonder, and Magneto was going to accept his offer, but the Avengers stop him. Doom escapes and continues to fight the Beyonder's power. The heroes run from the falling building, releasing the villains from certain death within their cells. By the time they escape, Doombase is gone. But looking towards the sky, they see Doom himself, a giant. He shrinks to normal, and in a moment of utter surprise, Doom takes off his mask!

Chapter 11, Secret Wars LS 11
...And Dust to Dust!
Doom's power restored his face and he tells the heroes that the Beyonder is dead. The villains watch from a while's away, but Molecule Man decides to confront Doom. In turn, Doom opens his eyes, revealing to Molecule Man the true scope of his powers. Molecule Man tells the villains he will take care of them now, and will get them back to Earth. The heroes return to Doombase, trying to figure out what to next. The villains make their way to Volcana's apartment. Molecule Man uses his new-found power to take the piece of Denver that was stolen and begin the journey back home. Spider-Woman can only watch in a monitor as her home is taken from her. But that night, she is wondering when she spots the Hulk just sleeping-walking. She tries to wake him, but nothing stops him. Her psi-webs fail and the Hulk hits her. Suddenly, a power leaves him and enters her. And she begins to sleep-walk. She finds herself suddenly in the room of the bodies of Klaw and Captain Marvel. A bright light washes over her, and when the heroes arrive, they find that Klaw is gone, Cap is restored, and a message to met Doom at his tower tomorrow night. In the tower, Doom tells Klaw about how is it to be able to do anything with his mind. Meanwhile, Colossus visits Zsaji, professing his love for the alien. The next day, the heroes journey to the tower and find Doom and Klaw. To display his power, Doom recreates Kang and then sends him to his home. Doom offers them anything, but Captain America tells them they want nothing. Doom then tells them that if they ever enter his presence, he will destroy them. But when they reach outside, Cap finds that Spider-Woman is missing. He alone returns to Doom's home, finding him with Klaw. Klaw leaves them alone, but finds Spider-Woman waiting for him. The light travels again, this time taking over Klaw. Cap tells him his just searching for her, and takes his leave. The heroes gather, and Cap tells them that Doom needs to be stopped, even if means their lives. Everyone agrees and Colossus is the last holdout. But the split second he makes his decision, the heroes are slaughtered!

Chapter 12, Secret Wars LS 12
...Nothing to Fear...
The heroes are dead, by the hand of Doom. Now, only Klaw remains with Doom on Battleworld. On Molecule Man's "spaceship", the Enchantress calls an elemental to her. The being tells her of what's happened on Battleworld, and the Enchantress decides to return. Calling Volcana to her, only the Lizard notices when the two disappear. The Enchantress tries to absorb Volcana's life essence to return to Asgard to be safe from Doom's power. But the Lizard finds Molecule Man and the two attack. Instead of Asgard, the Enchantress and Lizard are teleported back to Battleworld. The Lizard slashes her face and she absorbs the Lizard's life essence. She teleports away, finally reaching Asgard. In the tower of Doom, Klaw inches towards Doom, only to find him asleep. Doom suddenly awakens, cursing himself for allowing himself sleep. But Klaw tells him of the heroes's plight: they are indeed alive! The healer, Zsaji, found them, and used her powers to save the life of Colossus. But Zsaji used her last ounce of power and died. Colossus then saved the others, placing them in the healing tanks. Doom swears to destroy them, but then Thor's hammer breaches the tower's wall. Doom's anger is getting out of control, and to release it, he gives part of his power to Klaw. The insane man recreates Ultron and then creates an army of monsters. The heroes fight, but Ultron is winning. But the Wasp saves the day, destroying his inside machines. Captain America takes out Klaw and makes his way inside, not aware that Klaw was not only not knocked out, but still following him. Cap attacks Doom, but he is killed. But suddenly, Cap reappears, and Doom kills, in a repeated circle. Finally Doom loses it, and Cap hits him. Doom gives up his power to Cap, and then Klaw appears, taking more of the power. Finally, the Beyonder leaves Klaw's body and absorbs all the remaining energy. The Beyonder erases what Doom had done, taking both Klaw and Doom prisoner. And the Beyonder disappears. The heroes return to Doombase, mourning the loss of their saviour Zsaji. The heroes prepare to leave, but not before Doc Conners appears, but without his Lizard persona. Mr. Fantastic creates a device to send them home. He teleports a group of random people first. Next, the X-Men prepare to leave when the missing Lockheed returns. Colossus does not want to go, but the X-Men convince him that Zsaji would have wanted it this way. But a small dragon appears, disrupted their teleportation. Next, the Avengers are readying to go, when they find that She-Hulk is missing. That's when the Thing appears, telling them he's not going. He wants to remain on a world that he can transform back to human. So, She-Hulk joins the Fantastic Four, and Thing remains, alone, last human on Battleworld. And thus, the Secret Wars end.
