Defining supported devices

You assign a unique name to each device in the configuration file. Each device is configured between the keywords device and enddevice, defining information specific to the device, such as its class and name.

The configuration file has been designed so that it needs to be defined only when you first install the software, change devices, or acquire new devices. It is not necessary to change this file to access the devices defined in it.
