Picking Templated Objects

Purpose

To pick one or more templated objects.

How to Use

Select Template from the Pick menu, or click the icon shown above.

The system prompts:

Use mouse or enter name of template to pick/unpick:[Left Toggle]{Middle Replace][Right Remove]

Templates (like normal objects) can be picked by:

• typing a templated object's name at the keyboard.

• click on the template.

In the SBD window, templates can also be selected using Pick > Object or Pick > Component.

• selecting the templates from the SBD window.

• clicking and dragging to draw a pick box around a number of templated objects.

• using the pick walker (see Using the Pick Walker on page 15).
