Founder/Owner - Web construction
and updating, handles most emails, processes new members, oversees
all staff, has the final say and approval in ALL McIntyre Desire
business, writes an article for the quarterly newsletter about
MD as a whole and any news, attends all staff chats, oversees
ALL staff members
President & Vice President - helps with email
letters, co-supervises all other staff, personally welcomes
all new members, helps to supervise the rest of the staff, works
with the President and Membership Coordinator to determine the
Member of the Quarter for the newsletter, attends all staff
chats, submits everything to Co-Presidents for approval...BEFORE
making final.
International Coordinator - does all International
related MD business, attends all staff chats, submits everything
to the President for approval...BEFORE making final.
Promotions Director - Coordinates Promotions
and Campaigns for Joe, Researches other promotions organizations,
Acquires information on other polls and voting booths related
to Joe, attends all staff chats, writes an article for the quarterly
newsletter about what is going on in the promotions department,
submits everything to the President for approval...BEFORE making
final
Public Representative - Keeps a professional
contact with media, sends out media kits and press releases,
corresponds with media, responds to media inquiries, works with
other sites and organization to establish mergers, attends all
staff chats, submits everything to the Co-Presidents for approval...BEFORE
making final
State Rep Manager- oversees all of the State
Reps., organizes public promo events for members, organizes
special chat and meetings for the State Reps., makes sure that
all State Reps are doing what needs to be done and doing it
properly, attends all staff chats, submits everything to the
Co-Presidents for approval...BEFORE making final.
Support Staff
Writers and Reporters
- (not a part of the "official" staff team)write up stories
on event and news, attends signings and concerts and covers
them, send all articles to the Editor, keep constact contact
with the Editor, submits everything to President for approval...BEFORE
making final
State Representatives - 1) Manage and update
a contact list of all MD members in their state. 2) Brainstorm,
plan and implement member activities in their state. 3) Attend
all state rep chats and events. 4) Brainstorm, plan and implement
member fundraisers in their state. 5) Submit a monthly report
ot the State Rep Manager with the following: 1)updates to member
info. 2)summary of work and correspondance you had during that
month 6) Attend local Joe events and concerts and wear an MD
staff Shirt and/or ID badge 7) Be sure a member of MD is at
every Joe event and concert in your state wearing a MD shirt
and ID badge if you can not attend. 8) Acquire contact info
for local radio and TV stations as well as newspapers in your
state. Distribute cities to other MD members in that state if
needed. 9) Brainstorm, plan and implement all state only contests
as well as the prizes. Be sure distribution of the prizes is
done in a timely manner. 10) Promote MD at all state activities
and concerts. (handing out fliers, etc...) 11) Recruit sponsors
in your state 12) Brainstorm, plan and implement recruiting
activities and promotions in your state. 13) SUBMIT EVERYTHING
TO THE STATE REP MANANGER BEFORE DOING IT SO THAT SHE MAY OBTAIN
PERMISSION FROM THE PRESIDENT, submits a monthly report to the
State Rep Manager no later than the 30th of the month stating
what they did during that month, attends all staff chats, submits
everything to State Rep Manager for approval...BEFORE making
final.
