Welcome to the
Hotel McIntyre
It's such a lovely place,
the owner has the cutest face.
In 1942 Nehemiah Davis built
this originally four room, white clapboard house with its long
rear roof line. Later in 1794 the front portion of this home
was added on as a drawing room downstairs and a master bedroom
upstairs. George Cabot bought the home in 1793 and named his
home "Green Hill". This home is the ninth oldest home in Brookline,
MA.

Here is a picture of the home in the 1800's.
(notice the wall was much shorter then)

Here is a picture of the Drawing
Room that was added in 1742 with the old wallpaper that was
printed in France.

Here is a sketch plan
of the home.
This home now has 5 bedrooms,
5 fireplaces, 4.5 bathrooms, basement and partial attic and
is on a lot of 43923 sqare feet. In 1995 a swimming pool was
added and due to land conflict with his neighbor, he had to
exchange the greenhouse for some extra land (very minimal) to
extend his fence and make the pool the right distance from fence
and neighbors.

Here is a picture of the back of Joe's House.
