My Body

Observations, feelings, analysis & implications of my body & its changes

What's about your body that's not about mine?

  • Nothing, really
  • Although it has often been said that everyone has a unique bodymind, we are still the same biological species, hence we do share a lot in common with subtle differences
  • Artificial interest in the body has magnified these subtle differences into seemingly the differences
  • Many a time statistics, reports, news & medicine produce figures, data & numbers that commonly mislead the laymen - not that the information is false, but the presentation & setting promote confusion

Then what on the body that you want to add?

  • It is not my motive to add these confusions, neither am I qualified to contribute to existing physiological knowledge
  • I hope that through this diary of my body, we can shed some light on the fundamental roots of the body

In what ways?

  • There is a saying," Everyone has been, is currently or will eventually be ill."
  • In other words, according to a UN report, there are 3 categories of people:
  1. The healthy: 5%
  2. The sick: 20%
  3. The semi-healthy, semi-sick: 75%
  • There is the highest probability of anyone of us being the semi-healthy, semi-sick
  • As such, I feel there is a need for health monitoring, especially in the following factors:
  1. Body Monitor
  2. Genetic inheritance
  3. Surroundings: objects, people, sounds, smells, sights
  4. Emotions: the heart
  5. Nutrition
  6. Physiological changes
  7. The Tongue
  8. Urine
  9. Bowel & Stool
  10. Prostate
  11. Bladder
  12. Urinary
  13. Piles
  14. Back Pain
  15. Phlegm
  16. GERD
  17. Aches, Pains & Stiffness
  18. Prostate health
