An exciting new page has been added: The Quality Gurus...this is from a presentation that I made a couple of years ago...I never finished the paper itself, so now I am publishing it here and I will finish it! If anyone would like to add something about any of the Gurus, it would be appreciated, as other people's opinions make for a better dissertation on topics such as this. This page excites me as much as the work I did on the definition of quality. I plan to introduce a discussion thread on misc.industry.quality so check it out there!

  8. CQE Book List...these books will help you pass the American Society for Quality's Certified Quality Engineer Exam...I took it over 8 years ago and think this is a pretty definitive list.

  9. Quality Quizzes!...here are several quizzes that will test your knowledge of different areas of quality. Some are taken from the ASQ Certification brochures...we have immediate feedback on the answers however!
