This is the opening from the mid
1990s for News4. This was a time that you could easily say that WRC-TV
looked like WNBC-TV, their New York sister. This is also the
beginning of News4 starting their newscasts earlier at 4:30pm. About
five years after WUSA started their newscasts at 4pm. |

When WBAL-TV was an CBS
Affiliate. THis news opening from 1994 reflected that. This
set was also used until this year. The only changed that they made
was from 1997 when they changed the lettering of "WBAL-TV
Baltimore" under the "11" logo. |

and then the station ID with the Eyewitness News Anchors. |

In 1995 Channel 9 Eyewitness
News Started Eyewitness News This Morning 30 minutes earlier. That's
right 5:30AM. The anchors were Mack Lee, Carol Presutti, Topper
Shutt with Weather and Stacey Binn at Metro Traffic. Everyone except
Topper has left. Stacey Binn is now part of The Jack and Bert
Morning Show on MIX 107.3 in DC. This clip is the last two minutes. |

A promo for FOX Morning News on
FOX 5. They are the only Morning Newscast currently that is not
starting at 5AM. This promo also feature Brian Wilson from FOX News
Channel and Tony Perkins from Good Morning America. |
