Aeris's true past will forever be unknown, but the story tells that she was given to a woman who proceeded to raise Aeris from near birth. Because she has the bloodline of an Ancient, the Shinra has persued her for most of her 22 years of life. Whilst selling flowers just outside AVALANCHE's hideout, Aeris runs into Cloud. From here, it's a wild ride through the Ancients, Aeris, Cloud, and the Shinra.

Limit Breaks
Level 1:
- Healing Wind -
Simply restores a limited amount of Hit Points
- Seal Evil -
This is the only Limit Break that affects enemies. It causes all of them to stop and be silenced.
Level 2:
- Breath of the Earth -
This cures all allies of the abnormal statuses (the negative ones like poision).
- Fury Brand -
This limit attack causes every one else's limit meters to crank up to full blast. While Aeris's limit meter goes down, everone else's goes up!
Level 3:
- Planet Protector -
Places a magic and physical attack barrier around all of the allies that causes them to be invincible for a short period of time.
- Pulse of Life -
This has the same affect as a Megalixr. It heals the entire party of any ailments and restores all Hit Points and Magic Points.
Level 4:
- Great Gospel -
(can be gained at Junon when you talk to the old man)
The party is fully recovered and made invincible for a period of time.
