| Phoebe Halliwell The youngest Halliwell sister, Phoebe felt quite at home becoming a Witch. It was she who found the Book of Shadows in the attic and released the Charmed Powers. Once rebellious, Phoebe has calmed down and helps out with her visions of the future and of the past. She is also the group's spell writer, with her natural skill of rhyming. Phoebe is an adept fighter and is skilled in Martial Arts. This goes well with her Power of Levitation. After the death of Prue, she was shocked to find her new sister, Paige but was a lot more welcoming than Piper was. Now the middle sister she is adapting well to playing mediator between the others. |

Her relationship and marriage with Cole was a tragic one. After being seduced by evil when Cole (the new Source) impregnated her, she faught it and continues to save Innocents - at the cost of the lives of him and her Demon child. Phoebe's journalism career prospered and she became a bit of a celebrity, and then Cole returned from the Demonic Wastelands, good, and ready to do anything to win Phoebe back. Phoebe didn't believe him. She wouldn't allow her heart to be with him again - not after what he had done to her. The Charmed Ones vanquished him again, for good, and Phoebe found new love in her boss, Jason Dean. His job took him to Japan, and she was asked to go with him, but she couldn;t turn her back on her path and refused. She knows he will return, but is unsure if she can wait so long, and now must deal with a new Whitelighter, too. |
