Profile of me!
Hello! This is an introduction of me! Who am I? I was born to the name of Ho
Ping Ping, Crystal. I answer to only Crystal unless I like you, then you can call me anything you like. I
like to play role-playing games on Playstation 2 and my computer,
or I read either comics
and novels when I am free. I am a super final fantasy
fan. I enjoy swimming, dance ballet and do aikido for exercise, they help in
relieving stress and reducing weight. I cannot live without music and I love to sing.
Dance on the other hand let's me express myself. I joined a Romeo and Juliet in
my secondary four year. The photo on the left is of the entire dance team.
I was a student in Fuhua Primary School, Bukit Batok Secondary
and then Pioneer Junior College. All 3 not famous schools, but I am proud to say
that I am a student of all three schools. Also, I would like to add that to be
able to enter any University or course of your choice, it is not necessary to be
in one of the best schools or best known schools. It really depends on
whether
you are willing to work hard enough for it.
I am currently a student in Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and is now in year 1 of the School of Biological Science. I am enjoying my term holiday now. The past term had passed very quickly, and I got to know plenty of interesting people from different background and countries.
It started with the orientation camp, which started on the 21st of July 2003. My orientation group (og)
was the Celtics and we went everywhere together for four and a half days. We worked hard and we won the award of best orientation group.
The following is a photo of my og when we went to k-box recently. This is not the whole group unfortunately as some could not make it. I'm the lovely girl in orange!
When we first started school, I found my secondary school classmate in my tutorial class! We had not meet about 3 years. Also, a very cute girl who I have met during the orientation camp is now my favourite classmate. Her skin is a healthy creamy colour, so me and my friends call her Xiao Bai, which means white.
I had joined the Aikido club and Ice- skating club as Extra Curricular Activities and I like them very very much. They let me meet different people and learn different things, giving me something that studies cannot. I am also a drill instructor and warrant officer of the Singapore Girls' Brigade. Interaction with the girls of different ages gives me different experience and great joy, as I am able to pass on whatever knowledge that I have to them. That's it about me!
