Thermal solar air-heater

Adelaide has a soft climate with so called 'winter' which is more like an autumn in Europe. As many houses don't have central heating the solar energy can be used.

The project is started in May 2020.
It is based on combained from internet knowledge and tailored to local materials.

Operation
The connected to painted black aluminium plate copper pipes absorb solar energy and transfer it to water, which circulate by pump through the radiator. The air is blown through this ratiator into the house room.
Arduino has temperature sensors. The information from those sensors tells Arduino when to switch the air blowing and when not.

The collector rotates to follow the sun.
The water storage (behind the collector) can be used to cool down the collector water it it is very hot.

Progress
The collector box is made and tested.
