SPLINTS DUCKS AND FIREMAN.

Ouch not blogged for a while . Saw tim's specialist recently who offered surgery to get his foot into the expensive splint they made him that they cannot get his foot into with injections to relax the muscle would be in plaster for weeks before he can put splint on and would only be a slight difference so our answer was NO but maybe when he is older. Sports days all this week.

Sun is out weather is fine and I have recently come back home after a brisk walk around Furzton Lake, it took me an hour but then I did divert a little.
The time went quickly the blister came up quickly and the ripples on the lake moved quickly.

Quite a lot of activity going on, 20 or so fireman dressed in divers gear doing something with hoses a few excited women onlookers can't say uniform does anything for me personally but it was cool dodging over the hoses. Had to walk past the pub knowing I couldn't just go in there with the baby ahh shucks grrrrr.

Didn't take any bread for the ducks felt guilty but then the intention was to prepare for jogging in a couple of weeks by briskfully walking now and not to stop till the journey was done so if I had seen anyone I knew on the way it would have been "hello you, goodbye you can't stop".

Came home and ate salad and drank two pints of water . I am still breastfeeding but I have enough fat stored for milk and it needs to start coming off.
