![]() Exercising our muscles makes us healthier, stronger and fitter. How you decide your muscular build is up to you and there are various exercises to assist you. However, if you want to gain a Spartan level of fitness, then look at the appropriate sections. What is mean't by a Spartan level of fitness is to have explosive power in your muscles and a killer level of muscular endurance. However, even Spartans need to rest. It is advised that you have a rest day between each workout that you perform. This is to allow for growth and recovery. However, if you rest for too long, then you could potentially lose your fitness. Therefore, you should take a day off from training and then train again the day after.
