The idea of being physically fit is important to some people, especially spartans. Fitness training differs from weight training as it focuses primarily on the cardiovascular system and in place of weights, bodyweight exercises can be done for upper body strength. This type of training consists of circuit training, interval, fartlek and continuous (running) training and swimming as well.
