1 103/4 oz can tomato soup, undiluted |

1/2 cup chopped tomato |
 |
|
2 celery stalks, chopped |
 |
|
1 tbl. powdered chicken soup broth |
 |
|
1/4 cup chopped onion |
 |
|
1 carrot chopped |
 |
|
1/4 tsp. minced garlic |
 |
|
1/8 tsp. curry powder |
 |
|
1/8 tsp. ground cumin |
 |
|
1 tsp. dried cilantro, 1 tbl. fresh chopped |
 |
|
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper |
 |
|
1/8 tsp. garlic salt |
 |
|
5 cups of water |
In a large soup pot combine all of the ingredients and let it simmer for 1 hour on medium to blend the flavors.
