1/2 cup bulgur |

2 cups chopped cabbage |

1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli |

3/4 cup chopped onions |

1/2 tsp. dried cilantro |

1/8 tsp. kelp seasoning |
 |
|
1/4 tsp. minced garlic |
 |
|
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper |
 |
|
1/8 tsp. ground cumin |
 |

1 tbl. cooking wine |
 |

2 tbl. vegetable oil |
 |
|
15 fl. oz. seasoned tomato sauce |

2 tbl. powdered chicken broth |
 |

2 tbl. salsa |
 |

6 cups water |
Boil 1 1/2 cups of water in a saucepan. Add the bulgur and simmer on medium until the water is absorbed.
In a small bowl, combine dried cilantro, kelp seasoning, garlic, lemon pepper, cumin, cooking wine, and the vegetable oil.
In a soup pot place the cabbage, onions, and broccoli. Pour the seasoning mixture over top and sauté until the vegetables begin softening.
Next, add the water, bulgur, powdered chicken broth, tomato sauce and salsa.
Let the soup simmer on medium for 30 minutes.
