1 can chicken broth (plus required water) |

1 cup hot water |

2 tbl. powdered chicken broth |
 |

3/4 cup egg noodles or spaghetti noodles (broken in half) |

1/4 cup frozen peas |
 |
|
1 small carrot, sliced in small sticks |
 |

1 green onion, chopped entirely. |

1 tsp. soy sauce |
 |
|
pinch of dill weed |
 |
|
juice of 1/2 lemon |
 |
|
1/2 tsp. sesame oil |
 |
|
1/2 tsp. lemon grass powder |
 |
|
pinch of cayenne pepper (optional) |

|
chow mien noodles (optional but if you have them, they are a nice addition) |
Place the chicken broth and the water in a sauce pan. Add the hot water and powdered chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Add the noodles, remaining vegetables and spices, as well as soy sauce, sesame oil, simmer until noodles are cooked. Top with chow mien noodles.
