2 cups cooked Garbanzo beans (chick peas) |

1/2 tsp. garlic |

1/2 tsp. sesame oil |

1 tbs. peanut oil |
 |
|
1 tbs. flax seed oil |
 |
|
1 tsp. hot red pepper, chopped small |
 |
|
2 tsp. hoisin sauce |
 |
|
1/3 cup hot water |
 |

1/4 cup fresh basil |
Place the Garbanzo beans in a food processor and process for 1 minute.With the food processor still running place the garlic, sesame oil, peanut oil, flax seed oil, hot pepper, hoisin sauce and basil into the feed tube. Process for another minute or so. Next slowly pour the hot water into the feed tube and process again until the dip is moist.
Serve this dip with raw vegetables, tortilla chips, crackers.
You can also spread this dip on a pita, top with alfalfa sprouts and chopped tomato to make a sandwich.
