1 tbs. minced jalapeno pepper |

1 1/2 cups colby jack cheese, grated |

|
1/3 cup cream cheese |
 |
|
1/4 cup swiss almond cheese spread |
 |
|
1/2 cup salsa |
 |
|
1/4 cup milk |
Place all of the ingredients in a saucepan. Heat the mixture on medium low, stirring constantly.
When all of the cheese is melted it is done. Remove it from the heat and place into a serving bowl. Serve this with Tortilla chips.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
Note* The only constant in this recipe is the cream cheese, milk and salsa. The other cheeses can be subsituted with what you have on hand.
