The "anukramanikas"(annexures) are meant for the miscellenious detailed descriptions that pertan to the presiding deities, Rishis(sages),chandhas, the contents' index (plan of division of contents) of the samhita etc . These include-Brihatsarvanukramani, Rk sarvanukramani,sukatanukramani(kousika), anuvakanukramani,devatanukramani, chandonukramani, arshanukramani, padavidanam,rgvidanam, aswalayaniya anukramani, sukla yajasarwanukrama sutras(katyayana) , yajusha sarwanukramani, etc.
There are veda bhasyas (commentaries on vedas) by Ravana, Sayana, Yaska.
