In 1987, the introduction of Capri Cigarettes established an entirely new category: the super slim (a mere 17 millimeters in circumference). With its chic brand persona and logo, Capri cigarettes remains the leading super slim cigarette. Capri the super slim cigarette was only 17 mm in circumference. In 1993 Capri 120’s, Ultra Lights 100’s and Ultra Lights Menthol 100’s were introduced nationwide. Two years later Capri 100’s and 120’s packaging were changed from buff color background to white. |
