This is my 62 Chevy II Nova 400. I’ve owned it about 12 years. I take pride in that I've done all the work on it myself, body & paint, built the engine and all the mechanial work. I did have to have an interior shop do the headliner and seats though.
The car started out as a neglected 6 cyl automatic. I sat on it a couple years, and then put in a 350 V8, 4 speed, 9” rear, put in new interior and painted the car. I was never happy with the way it handled, drove it very seldom and put maybe 3,000 miles on the car in 5 years time. About a year ago I decided to upgrade the handling and add some more power.
I just recently finished with putting in a Mustang II front suspension and a 454. What a difference in the way it handles and drives!
