63 Biscayne Station Wagon

This is my latest car project that I have completed. I started out with a run down but solid car. Why a station wagon?... First of all I love old cars and The  handiness of a wagon. Also this wagon came equipped how I like. It has a factory 327/300 hp engine, posi dual exhaust, and A/C. It now sports a 4 spd on the floor. (originally 3 on the tree). The guy I bought the car from said it was once owned by a family member of Don Garlitz, but I can't verify this.
The car had sat in my back yard for the last 5 years getting called into duty occasionally for canoe hauling, trips to the lumber yard, and camping trips. It was too good of a car to let deteriate or send to the scrap yard. It was time to either get rid of it or fix it up. I opted to restore it.
I did all the work myself. I stripped the car to bare metal, changed out a quarter panel that was damaged by a previous accident, and Mig welded patches over any rust holes. Then I replaced all door & window seals and painted the car with Deltron DBU basecoat, with Montana uerethane clearcoat. Mechanicaly haven't done too much other than replace front suspension and A/C parts. The car still runs strong and will still roast the rear tires. The interior has been redone to the spartan way a Biscayne was equipped including rubber flooring.
Future plans include a booming stereo and pretty much driving and enjoying this car.

Here are some before and after photos:
