CDM Minutes - December 13, 2008
Welcome to this edition of the Monthly Minutes. Happy Holidays to everyone! Our meeting was brought to order by the Chapter president, Cynthia. Vice President Linda, Chapter Treasurer Sharla and Secretary Laura were also in attendance.

New Members, Visitors and Significant Others:
We would like to welcome Diana and Jane to CDM and we look forward to seeing you at future meetings. Thanks also go out to Marybeth, Hilda and Sari for supporting us this month.

Club Business and News:

Announcements:
IFGE 2009 is the 23rd Annual Conference of the International Foundation for Gender Education. This event will be taking place in Alexandria, VA between February 4-8, 2009. If anyone would like to register for this event, the website is www.ifge.org/conference/. All information regarding accommodations and hotel info is located on the site in addition to the program presentations.

Program:
The CDM girls would like to thank everyone who contributed to this month’s Holiday Potluck! Our Annual Gift Exchange was a phenomenal success. We had some lovely gifts given out and we also had a lot of friendly gift stealing which is part of the rules. Thanks to all members and significant others who participated. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year to all!


CDM Minutes - November 8, 2008

Announcements:
Next month is our Holiday Gift Exchange. If you want to participate please bring a wrapped gift (not to exceed $20-25) and with no name on it. It's always a lot of fun, however it's not mandatory to participate.

Program:
The CDM girls would like to thank everyone who contributed to this year’s Thanksgiving dinner! Our holiday meeting will be coming soon and we hear that there are going to be several yummy dishes being brought in next month for our Holiday Party. Our Annual Gift Exchange is also scheduled for next month. For our newer members, we ask that each brings in a gift costing no more than $20. It must not be size dependent.
The program for November was very informal. Basically, we all socialized and enjoyed each other’s company. See you all in December and we would like to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!

The CDM girls would like to thank Cynthia, Sharla and Tami for providing cold cut subs, soda, chips and desserts for our dinner this month. Thanks so much! Announcements:
Please note that the TG Day of Remembrance takes place on November 20th. Here is a website link for various locations of observance nationally: http://www.transgenderdor.org/. We have yet to locate information in New Jersey for any remembrances. We will any new developments as soon as possible.

Program:
Our Annual Halloween Party was another great success this year! We had plenty of spooky decorations in our new meeting place, good music as usual and a lot of fun. Everyone got the chance to vote for their favorite costumes and it was a close vote. CDM would like to congratulate the following winners of our Annual Halloween Costume Contest: Secretary Laura took 1st place as a “Victorian Lolita”, Rita took 2nd place as an “Ice Cream Sundae” and third place went to Kathy as a “Sexy Nun”. Thanks to all who participated!

CDM Minutes - September 13, 2008
Our meeting was brought to order by the Chapter president, Cynthia. Secretary Laura and Treasurer Sharla were also in attendance. Vice President Linda was unable to attend the meeting.

New Members, Visitors and Significant Others:
We would like to thank Marybeth and Joanne for supporting us this month. Thank you to Michelle and Janine for visiting with us as well.

Program:
Chi Delta Mu would like to thank Sharla for buying pizza for dinner this month. Our attending members held the chapter's elections and it was decided that the current officers will hold their positions for this season.

Announcements:
Cynthia announced that the Rainbow Mountain Resort in East Stroudsburg, PA will hold their TG/CD Weekend Oct 24-26, 2008. The website for the resort is: http://www.rainbowmountain.com/calendar.htm if you need information.
 
Next month is our Annual CDM Halloween Party.  There will be prizes given out for best costume.  We look forward to seeing you all in October.

CDM Minutes - April 12, 2008
Our meeting was brought to order by the Chapter president, Cynthia. Chapter Vice President Linda, and Treasurer Sharla were also in attendance.

CDM would like to congratulate our Secretary Laura and Marybeth on the occassion of their wedding! We are so proud and happy for the two of you and we wish you both the very best!

Of course, Linda was in charge of the monthly minutes this month in Laura's absence. That's why there are no monthly minutes for this meeting.

In all seroiusness our monthly event was a visit by the new owner of Marlon by Mishoe wigs, Juetta. Juetta brought in many, many samples of her stock for our members to try on and answered questions about wigs and wig care. This store is very friendly to our community and Juetta will go the extra mile to help you with your hair choices. CDM Minutes - March 8, 2008

Announcements:
Our evenings event for this month’s meeting was our annual trip to a local DressBarn and Dress Barn Woman. Both of these stores are right next to each other and both closed their doors to the general public from 8:00 until 9:00. This year’s participants had a great time and like last year we enjoyed a great turnout. Way to go ladies! Afterwards the group returned to the meeting room for pizza dinner.


CDM Monthly Minutes - February 9, 2008
Our meeting was brought to order by the Chapter president, Cynthia. Chapter Treasurer Sharla and Secretary Laura were also in attendance.

Thank you to Hilda and Sari for supporting us this month. We hope to see you both at future meetings.

Club Business and News:
A big thank you to Pat from Sigma Nu Rho for her help with this month’s CDM meeting. Pat brought a VCR and a projector into our meeting room. There the attendees were treated to two Transgender related movies back-to-back. The first movie was 1994’s The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert and the second was 1992’s Just Like a Woman. We also give a big thank you to Cynthia and Sharla for providing this month’s dinner which consisted of salad, sandwiches and beverages. Chi Delta Mu members are reminded that If you would like to bring food or contribute any goodies to any meeting, please click on the link “Sign Up Here to help provide food or drinks for a future monthly meeting.” on the CDM Website. 

Announcements:
Our Annual trip to Dress Barn was cancelled this month due to a scheduling conflict but it has been re-scheduled for the month of March. We look forward to a great turnout this year. See you next month!


CDM Minutes - January 12, 2008
The meeting was brought to order by the chapter Vice President Linda. Chapter Treasurer Sharla was also in attendance.

Program:
The program this month was given by Linda and was all about crossdressing tips. Linda demonstarted how to tape to create cleavage, how to easily give yourself a face lift, how to sit like a lady, makeup tips (with Sharla's help) and much more.
