| Meer is 'Lake' in Dutch. Located at the northern part of the Park, between 110th Street and Lenox Avenue. About 10 acres in area and is the second largest body of water accessible to the public. This is an artificial lake and the deepest part of the lake is under ten feet. Fishing rods and baits are provided free at The Charles A. Dana Center. The office close at 4:30 pm, so go there early next weekend. |
