This lexicon is only of the people, places and creatures found in Farscape. I don't have any of the various phrases like "By the Hynerian Gods" in it. There will be pictures of some of the people, etc. the entries refer to added at a later date. What follows is just to get started with. Episode(s) info is taken from follows in parentheses.

A

Acquara: The lush tropical planet on which John Crichton found himself marooned for nearly a quarter of a cycle after Moya starbursted while he was in Farscape 1. (Jeremiah Crichton)

Acquarans: A group of colonists from the Hynerian Empire who settled on Acquara and were reduced to a primitive existence by a negative vortex generator installed by Rygel X, which rendered their machinery inoperative. (Jeremiah Crichton)

Alexandra Kimberly O'Connor (aka Alex): John's former girlfriend and (almost) his fiancee, who left him to go to Stanford. Lorana pretended to be her to distract John from helping Zhaan on the New Moon of Delvia, making John believe that Alex had in fact been his copilot and wife. (Rhapsody in Blue)

Ancients: An insectlike race, highly intelligent, which has been around for millions of years. They are currently looking for a new planet, one inhabited by a race which will accept them not destroy them, to relocate their hive on so they may continue to exist in peace. They have the ability to create wormholes, but only have enough remaining energy to do so once more, and so are testing any likely races which come their way to determine if their planet is the one foretold many years before. They tested John to see if Earth was suitable by recreating Earth and everyone he knew from his memories, but rejected it based on what John knew would happen if aliens did come here. They gave John information to help him create a wormhole, but locked it in his subconscious, so he would have to figure out how to access it himself. (A Human Reaction, A Hidden Memory)

B

Banik slaves: The race to which Stark belongs. They apparently exist in several realities at the same time, have the power to share their memories with others for a short time, and are part energy beings. (Nerve, A Hidden Memory, The Locket, The Ugly Truth)

Bekhesh: Leader of the Tavleks who kidnapped Rygel. He released Rygel after John convinced him that Rygel was worthless and they had nothing to ransom him with. (Throne for a Loss)

Bishan: Rygel's evil cousin who overthrew him in a coup, some 250+ cycles prior to Rygel and the others breaking free of the Peacekeepers in the premiere. Rygel hopes to return to Hyneria someday and overthrow Bishan in turn, and watch him die a slow, painful death. (Premiere, etc.)

Bixx: A Peacekeeper techinician whom Gilina "helped" with fixing the Aurora chair on the Gammak Base. (A Hidden Memory)

Braca, Lieutenant: Crais's new second-in-command after Lt. Teeg's unfortunate death. Later, after Crais was deemed "irreversibily contaminated" by high command due to his prolonged exposure to the crew of Moya, he became Scorpius's second-in-command. He captured Crichton on ro-NA's people's ship above the royal planet, but was unable to carry out his threat to shoot Crichton because he couldn't be certain whether or not Crichton was telling the truth about what would happen if he did shoot him, and Scorpius wanted John alive for the wormhole information. He escaped the destruction of the ship when it was targeted by the weapons platforms and fired upon, taking the last space suit and leaving Crichton to die on the ship. He was last seen drifting through space. (Family Ties; Mind the Baby; Look at the Princess, part 2)

Br'Nee: A botanist whose people seeded an asteroid with all their specimens of plant life, and then put M'Lee's people--who are calcivores--on it as well to rid the asteroid of any other life. He tried to add Zhaan to his collection of samples, but was stopped by John, who pushed him into the path of Br'Nee's shrinking machine laser, which sliced him in half. (Bone to Be Wild)

Budong: A large spacegoing creature which is edible to other lifeforms. The size of the carcass encountered by Moya and her crew easily would hold a number of Moyas within it. An entire community of people live inside the carcass, mining the meat and other precious commodities from it. Chiana and her brother Neri lived in the Budong carcass for some time. (Home on the Remains)

C

Cargn: The Scarren diplomat to the royal planet of the Sebacean breakaway colonies who was scheming with Prince Clavor to put the prince on the throne in place of his sister Katralla. He was responsible for contaminating Katralla's DNA so there was no suitable mate for her on the planet until Crichton came along. He also sliced off Crichton's statue's head and gave it to Prince Clavor to dump in the acid bath to dispose of it. He was killed by Crichton who shoved him into the acid bath. (Look at the Princess, parts 1-3)

Clavor, Prince: Second in line to the throne, after his sister Katralla. He schemes with the Scarren diplomat, Cargn, to gain the throne for himself, bargaining that he will make an alliance with the Scarrens against the Peacekeepers for it. His fiancee is Jenavian (Jena), who is reality is an PK intelligence officer there to keep him off the throne. He dumps Crichton's statue's head in the acid bath as part of the plan to keep his sister from ruling (by law, she and her consort must rule together). He tells Cargn later that their deal is off because his mother, the Empress, will not allow him to become the next ruler unless he breaks ties with the Scarren. Cargn is greatly displeased by this, and kills Prince Clavor. (Look at the Princess, pts. 1-3)

Cobb: A soldier that Crichton knew on Earth who didn't care much for aliens. (A Human Reaction)

"Cominsky, Dr. Jean": The name used by Zhaan in the fantasy world created in John's mind by the Scarren to determine what it was that Scorpius wanted with him. Zhaan was a psychiatrist. (Won't Get Fooled Again)

Commerce Planet: A planet where goods and services can be bought or traded for. (Premiere, etc.)
