Greater Salt Lake Area Chapter

Who can join...

CUUPS is open to anyone who supports the mission of CUUPS, and the principles and purposes of the Unitarian Universalist Association. CUUPS welcomes members from all spiritual traditions and offer activities for individuals and families.

You don't have to be a member to participate or be involved. People tend to take their time getting to know the members of the CUUPS group and the congregation as a whole. While you explore these new relationships you can become active in various CUUPS and congregational activities at your own comfort level.

CUUPS works to promote interfaith dialogue, and encourages the development of theological and liturgical materials based on Pagan and Earth-centered spiritual perspective. CUUPS encourages use of music, dance, visual arts, poetry, story, and creative ritual in worship and celebration, providing spaces for gathering and for worship, and fostering healing relationships with the Earth and all the Earth's children.

You can find more information about CUUPS on the Internet at www.cuups.org or by contacting a member of the new Greater Salt Lake Area CUUPS chapter. If you're interested, come to one of our regular meetings and see if our activities, educational programs or worship services meet your needs. There is no obligation. Meetings are generally held at South Valley Unitarian Universalist Society and all are welcome.

See our calendar section to find events that may interest you. You may also join our Yahoo! Groups discussion and share your ideas or get to know us better.
