You can become a member of your local CUUPS Chapter, or CUUPS Continental, or both. You can join CUUPS-continental by visiting www.cuups.org and completing an applications form. Many CUUPS members belong to both a local Chapter, and to the Continental CUUPS organization.

Local chapter benefits are unique to each group. As a new organization the Greater Salt Lake Area Chapter is looking for way to benefit it's members. If you'd like to be a part of the discussion, please consider joining our Yahoo! Group.

The Continental CUUPS membership includes an annual subscription to Connections Magazine, the official CUUPS publication, a membership card, voting privileges and discount registration at CUUPS convocations. Information on Continental CUUPS membership is available at www.cuups.org.

You don't have to join our local South Valley UU congregation, but we certainly encourage it. If there is neither a UU congregation nor a local chapter in your area, you can contact our Continental CUUPS office or a member of the Salt Lake Chapter committee and we will try to locate a group or congregation in your area.

There is also an organization called the Church of the Larger Fellowship that you can join if you wish to align yourself formally with UUism but have no local community. You can get more information on CLF at the UUA web-site at www.UUA.org
