UpdatesCripes, is it really almost the end of November? How time flies when you're flat on your back and sick for almost two weeks... At any rate, not a tremendous update. I was playing with Dreamweaver today (gods, the things I do would likely make most web-pros cringe) and set up a nice page filled with Gravitation Screencaps of some of my favorite characters in the series... Namely Ryuichi, ASK, and Tatsuha.
I've been in such a writing slump. I did something last week based on Saiyuki, but I haven't linked it to this page quite yet. You can find it here at FFN.net.
I really need to do an overhaul of this page in such a bad way. I'm thinking of moving the doujinshi scans to another site, because they're taking up the most space, and Geocities informs me I'm almost over my limit.
Bugger. I am so unmotivated...
Just one l'il doujinshi that I'd been hunting for, and of course had to pop up while I was watching my money. But, if I get strapped for cash, I can always sell it. Anyhoo, there's just one quick Jyou x Yamato doujinshi tossed up. In other news, I now own a Saturn. *dances* :)
This update includes new Digimon doujinshi from Shisinden and a new section of Saiyuki doujinshi. This might be the last doujinshi update for a while until I get myself back together financially. I was in a nasty car accident last week. I'm okay (which is the important thing), but my car is no more. Meantime, I have to juggle insurance, buying a new car, paying off the remainder of the loan on the old one, and all that fun stuff. This means no doujinshi for me! Nor am I planning to buy Saiyuki fansubs like I'd hoped to do either...
Well, it certainly took me long enough, didn't it? But I did it... I finally finished my behemoth! The final chapter of Revenge may now be seen at a web page near you.
Added a few more doujinshi to the Digital Whatever and Weasley's Wizard Wheezes sections. Also, I pared down the file size of some of the newer scans... Didn't realize they were set to hi-res, and were probably contributing to the excessive bandwidth. I don't know whether I should be amused or annoyed that I've exceeded my bandwidth on Geocities... For now, I'll just be flattered -- I didn't know people still visited this site!
Still no end to "Revenge" quite yet... Not likely to come until after Pennsic, either. But maybe I'll find the time to work on it while there. Anyhoo, just a new load of Doujinshi, in every Harry Potter section. Particularly the Wolf Moon section.
I had to putz around with my "Revenge" tale, as it's decided to become a four-part fic rather than the three it originally set out to be. Part 3, Don't Go Away, is now posted. Also, I added some new doujinshi that I bought at Shoujocon, found in the Miscellaneous Gundam Wing section and in Weasley's Wizard Wheezes section.
Oops. Missed a few pages when I did a bit of an update last weekend. No biggie... I uploaded the first couple parts to a new fic, set in the MWPP era, called Revenge Most Sweet. I also added another doujinshi to the Wolf Moon, Dog Star page. Wibble. Wish me luck in getting to Shoujocon!
Wooha! After a happy holiday weekend, I do have something to show for it! A follow-up tale to "Chiaroscuro" called You Are the Everything and two new doujinshi added to the Harry Potter section. Go me.
Hooray! More stuff! Included in today's update are more Harry Potter doujinshi and a fanfic entitled "Alliances Run Deep". I also cleaned up the "Feed the Addiction" page of the doujinshi section, taking out a couple links and adding a few new ones in. Woo!
Aah, an update to be proud of! First of all, I completed my first Harry Potter fanfic! Go me. Sirius/Remus semi-slashy goodness, hooray. I also added some new Harry Potter doujinshi to that section of the site. Hooray, more Sirius/Remus goodness! Can we tell who my favorite HP characters are? Can we tell I've found another fandom to latch onto? Can I stop bouncing for five seconds here? Wheeeeee!
Not too much of an update, really. Just purchased a new doujinshi and added a new section to the doujinshi section of the site for Harry Potter doujinshi. I also sold some of my doujinshi, so not everything up on the site is in my possession anymore. Not that it really matters in the long run, neh?
Just another doujinshi added to my collection. Yep, I've managed to pay an exorbitant amount of money for a LotR doujinshi. This brings my grand total to 47 Gundam Wing (not all of them are on my site, since I'm debating selling a bunch of 'em), 6 Digimon, 7 Weiss Kreuz, and 1 LotR doujinshi. When the second LotR doujinshi I ordered arrives, that will bring my grand total to 62! Not quite as prolific as that of the mighty Kagenami Q, but sizeable nonetheless.
Oh, and I decided to be trendy and get one of those Live Journal things. Go me.
Two more doujinshi added to the ol' collection. They're both Digimon doujinshi, a fairly hentai Jyou x Yamato and a potential Jyou x Takeru. Very hentai. Very cute. Gotta love this addiction...
Well, I finally finished "Tomorrow"! Hooray! Check out "Pippin's Reconciliation". Also, I uploaded a nice, cathartic angst puppy that I completed after having a horrendous week at work -- "Drowning in Amber." Not much to say at this point, except my fingernails are too long and they're getting in the way of my typing, and I still have to finish getting ready for an old housemate's wedding today, and my eyes itch 'cause my mum just mowed the grass. Ick.
My eyeballs feel like they might explode out of my head. Well, okay, maybe it's not quite so violent as that, but I am a bit sick of the computer. I've spent the entire weekend writing, hooray! And I'm actually fairly pleased with the results -- I've posted three of the four parts to "Tomorrow Never Knows", a half-fluff, half-angst het (!!) tale centering around Pippin and Diamond, and Merry and Estella. I also made the formerly "Miscellaneous" section into the Lord of the Rings section for lack of other miscellaneous fics to put there. Oh! And I was invited to join a webring, so that's now sitting somewhere on my top page. Now, if only I can finish the fourth part of my uber-long fic before the weekend is over! Eesh!
It's been a while since I've written anything, but hopefully I'll have something finished soon! Meanwhile, check out the pictures that I managed to snag from my trip to I-Con to see Billy Boyd. They're in the Miscellaneous section, for lack of a better spot...
Wow, it's been almost a year since I've had an update page up! My how things have changed since then. Out one fandom and into three others... Not that that's a bad thing, right? Right?
This time around, I've added three Weiss Kreuz doujinshi. Yep, that's all. I should have been folding laundry, but was feeling lazy. I'm now probably just going to hang up the silk shirt and chuck the rest of the laundry into a pile and hope the cat doesn't decide it's a nice bed again. And tomorrow I turn 26. Wooha.
Meine ente! Another fic posted? What is the world coming to these days? Anyhoo, "Second Star On the Right" is a Frodo/Pippin non-slash angst puppy. There's also one doujinshi added to the Weiss Kreuz section. I think I should go through one of these evenings and clear out all the old files and images on Geocities, as the doujinshi seem to be takin' up a lot of space. Not that that's a bad thing. :)
Oi! How long has it been since I uploaded an actual fic? Well, my Merry/Pippin non-slash angst-puppy has been posted! It's called "Together's Scars," the title of which comes from a translation of the Weiss Kreuz "Beautiful Alone" theme. Who knows, maybe I'll write more LotR fanfic, maybe I won't. I just know that I am indeed satisfied after riding out another painfully long dry spell. Aaaaaah.
Well, I've just done a bit of housecleaning and rearranging here. I've gotten rid of a lot of extraneous stuff that people either didn't use (the guestbook) or that I couldn't keep up with (the links). I also accidentally killed the counter by rearranging the top page. Oops. Last I checked, it was at 2,272. Maybe I'll restart it again one of these days, but likely not anytime soon.
I'm attempting to get the Miscellaneous section up and running this week! I won't make any promises on timing, but it will be updated! I wanted to make room on the page for some non-Digimon and non-Gundam fanfics that are in the works. I've got one Weiss Kreuz on its way, in addition to what will very likely be my only Lord of the Rings fic (Billy Boyd, a.k.a. Pippin, is such a stud, especially with that accent! *swoon*).

*rolls eyes* My goodness, Adobe Pagemaker for Mac annoys me. I just spent the last half hour looking over the source of all my links, since Adobe decided to automatically link to things in my computer's folders. Grr. That was annoying. But, on the bright side, I did manage to upload a few more goodies to the Doujinshi section, including a new link to some WeiB Kreuz doujinshi that I managed to pick up. Yay!
Today was mostly a cleaning-up day. Fixing broken links, minor inconsistencies. Though I did manage to put up a new "path" on the front page to the Doujinshi section. I also added four scanned images to "Bailong" in the "Nataku's Child" section of my doujinshi page. It's the amusingly wicked 6x5 (or would that be 5x6?) sequence. *wink*
Well, I think everything in the Doujinshi section has been sufficiently cleaned up. Pictures are mostly uniform size, and uniformly labeled, and a few layout errors that I found have been corrected. Hopefully soon I'll be able to get back to writing. I have been sans inspiration lately. I hope this will change sometime soon, as I'm sick of being so unproductive...
Whee! Well, now every doujinshi in that section has a picture to go with it! I'm still cleaning things up a little, but for the most part I'm happy with the doujinshi section of the website. If only I could find some more Yamajyou doujinshi!
I love my new scanner! I've got Doujinshi pictures out the wazoo! There are new photos in nearly every section, so look around! My favorites are the inside shots from Hi No Koku in the 2x3 section, the back cover shot of 5x2 in the (you guessed it) 5x2 section, and the inside cover shot from Gareki in the 3x5 section. Enjoy!
Whew! I finally obtained a scanner! So now I have begun to scan the covers of my doujinshi collection. I added some pics in the 5x2 section, and I also added some really bad translation of dabl/off in the 3x2 section. I must say, it's more of a project than I thought it'd be getting all this together...
