Glick's Regal Blackhawk (D-J Zoba x Glick's Black Satin) f. 2006. Only about 8 per cent of all Morgans are black. Regal is a  rare homozygous  black; and that special mousey grey at birth. These foals have gobs of wavy black mane and tail, a large eye, broad forehead and gentle, loving dispositions. Often purchased sight unseen, all owners have been delighted with their foals.  Satin, dam of these foals is a blue ribbon winner on the local level in carriage driving and in addition, has shown the temperament necessary to do well in situations where there are horses and activities strange to her when she participated in the Carriage Association of America annual conference in Charlottesville, VA. These exquisite black foals look like Michelangelo horses.
