John Copeland Exor. of the last will & testament of Elias Dossey Dec'd for 30 pounds GA money, 80 a. in sd. county on waters of NKettle Cr.; part of a tract of land sold by the sheriff of Oglethorpe Co. by virtue of a fieri facias issued by Inferior Count of said county, Cordy Pate vs. Ferdinand Grisham, including the house and plantation where the said Suckey Dossey now lives ... (the rest unreadable). 3 (Sukey, or Susannah, may have been the wife of Elias Dossey, Nancy's mother.)
