Our Rack Rates? 
Yamin built this house for his friends and all lovers of nature and of peace. Hence there is really no charge if you stay at Rumah Yamin. It is not a commercial enterprise. It is just a simple club where we don't charge, we just ask guests to contribute towards the rates as specified. Everything  is negotiable and  a barter trade of skills for stay is even possible for any tradesman out there who can help contribute towards Rumah Yamin.
