Location: Draw it from the lizard that attack Rinoa in Dueling City as you carry out your order to assassinate the sorceress.

Carbuncle, as seen in all of the other Final Fantasys, still sticks around, using its helpful reflect spell whenever your in a magical situation. Though many find this GF useless, its junction abilities such as Counter can lead to a nice comeback in some battles.
