Maybe you have reached some of your goals and are unable to further your progress. I have designed this website as an alternative to personal training. I have been working as a personal trainer and gym manager for ten years and I want to take all of the information and experience that I have to try and help you reach your goals and even go beyond what you thought possible! In this website you will find helpful tips on dieting, strength training, and cardiovascular exercise. I will give you information on myths and misconceptions about getting in shape. If you find that you are learning alot and would like to contact me personally to set you up with a diet, strength training program, or general fitness routine based on your own personal goals, you will be able to do that through this website. | About Me My Name is Roy Bonds. I have worked in the fitness industry for the past ten years. I started off as a personal trainer and manager for Power House Gym, a serious national gym chain. There I learned from professional powerlifters as well as body builders including Phil Hernon, one of the top body builders of the nineties. I moved on to work for Bally's Total fitness as a personal trainer. I worked there for three years and was considered one of the top trainers in Ohio. I then worked for Body of Change, the largest personal training company in the United States, as a general manager. I also spent these years with a private list of outside clients as well. I have been competing in national power-lifting events since I was fifteen years old and was a two time champion. I attended college for two years as an exercise science major and have two national personal training certifications.
