Silver Diet The silver diet is designed to teach you the correct way to eat for a healthy life and to look as a good as you possibilly can. This is not a temporary diet, although you can use it to lose fat very quickly. This is designed to be a perminent life style change. Incuded in this diet is: 1. The number of meals you should eat each day and what times you should eat them. 2. The number of fat grams you should eat with each meal.
3. The number of protein grams you should have with each meal. I will design the diet based on what foods you like to eat and your individual shedule.

Gold Diet The gold diet is the most advanced diet an the market. It is desighned to give you the highest level of success possible. Included in this diet is: 1. The number of meals you should eat each day and the times you should eat them. 2. The number of fat grams you should have with each meal. 3. The number of protein grams you should have with each meal. 4. The exact amount of each item you should have with every meal. In this program I will list exactly what foods and their amounts to eat in every meal for a three month period. This means that you do not have to figure anything out for yourself. You will know what you need at the beginning of every week and there is no room for failure because I will make sure that you are receiving all the correct nutrition you require and none of the things you don't. This diet will be designed based on your weight, goals, individual schedule, and the foods you enjoy. In this program you will be able to contact me for a full year to receive new food ideas and to ask me questions.
