| Work Out Programs Silver Program The silver program is designed to teach you how to structure your work out in a way that will be most effective toward reaching your goals. This program will teach you all the basics. Included in the silver program is: 1. One complete chest routine. 2. One complete back routine. 3. One complete leg routine. 4. One complete shoulder routine. 5. One complete bicep and tricep routine. 6. One complete abdominal routine. 7. One complete cardiovascular routine. I will tell you how many sets and reps of each exercise to perform. This program will teach you everything you need to know to get yourself into whatever shape you want! FEE- $150.00 Gold Program The gold program is for someone who would like to reach their results much more quickly. The gold program includes everything available in the silver program but it goes into further detail. The gold program includes: 1. Two complete chest routines. 2. Two complete back routines. 3. Two complete leg routines. 4. Two complete shoulder routines. 5. Two complete bicep and tricep routines. 6. Two complete abdominal routines. 7. Two complete cardiovascular routines. The main difference between this package and the silver is customization. In the gold package you will tell me all of the current weights you are using in every exercise involved in the program, your current body weight, your experience level, and all of your expectations. I will take all of your information and put together a program that will specifically hit all of your goals as quickly as possible. I will tell you exactly how much weight to use for every set as well as how much time to take between each set. This program is extremely in-depth and is an on-going process. You will also be able to contact me for a full year to receive updates when you reach each goal set. I will personally tell you when it is time to move up in weight or change something that is not being effective for you. FEE- $500.00 |
