Powerlifting I started off as a power lifter and still enjoy training up-and-coming strength athletes. This program is designed strickly to increase power for sports and compitition. This program is geared toward the individual. I will receive your body weight as well as the weight you are currently training with in each individual exercise. I will use this information to formulate a program which will increase your strength and keep your bodyweight in the correct zone desired. In this program I will tell you the reps to be performed in each set and the rest time in between sets. With this program you will be able to contact me for a one year period for advice and to help you increase you poundages.

Body-Building The body-building program is designed to increase size and muscularity. This program focuses on hitting the muscle from every angle and giving you a well proportioned body. This program is not for beginers and is advanced in nature. I will work with you based on body weight, strength, experience, and individual goals. This program is for the competitive body- builder and those who hope to compete.
