A very large bot.  It uses its internal drive system to turn its exo-skeletin and cause itself to roll.  It could accelerate to very high speeds and stop just as fast.  This robot had a very good design that provided it own shocks for when it drove over difficult terrain.  The only rolling robot on the mindstorms site to date and also ranks among the fastest (especially for its size).

--Notes--
A very sturdy robot that has the basic design of a roverbot, however this is not a roverbot, with its front-mounted saw attatchment it is a battlebot.  Razortooth has a spinning wheel that uses heavy washers and razors that are well "razor sharp" to cut through is targets.  Its saw has two razors, two nuts, and six heavey washers that are wired to the plastic inner rim of a tire.  With the front-mounted saw, the tire guards, and the overall strong design Razortooth is fit for battle.
