Exhibit No. 22: Authorization for osteotomy (Surgery of bones)

The following document is one of many showing that I was at the mercy of criminals. They proposed bone surgery to a fellow physician to remove a corn! To implement their demonic idea they even used my ex-wife to have the authorization signed, as if I were not merely a patient, but an idiot. Yet I was a "voluntary patient" (see Exhibit No. 20) and "able to sign any document of legal importance" (see Exhibit No. 16).
