The patient has commenced to socialize with the environment and participates in several activities in the ward, such as day programs, listening to records, internal hockey, etc. He is also interested in inter-ward activities, such as sculpture. He smiles, is well oriented, his speech is appropriate.

(Sign) L. Bess, R.N. The patient mixes well with the others, participates in activities of the department. Manifests an interest in inter-departmental activities such as sculpture. Patient demands to be released - says he is well and doesn't see what can be done for him. His speech is appropriate.
(Sign) M. Gareau. R.N. Nurses' Notes: 30/03/72 - Nozinan216 , 50 mg I.H. Patient seen by his physician, very anxious afterwards, tears in his eyes, paces back and forth, attempts to explain that his reaction is normal - several hours rest. Still anxious (emphasis added).
(Sign) M. Gareau, R.N. Nurses' Notes: 07/04/72 - The patient, who shows much dissatisfaction with his physician, regulations, etc. is seeking our friendship by all manner of means. Very nervous and tense ever since his privileges have been reduced, asks to be presented to the entire team to clarify the situation. Appears mistrustful and interpretive of certain measures taken by the physician (emphasis added).
